Summary
LigaX set out to launch a sports-focused social network for the summer. I co-led a small team to a working MVP in three months, made the architectural and tech-stack decisions with my partner, and supervised three developers through delivery.
The problem
A three-month window to a summer release, for a product that needed video handling, on-chain components and a frontend that could keep growing after launch.
What I did
Co-led the team to an MVP within three months, targeting a summer release.
Drove architectural decisions and tech-stack selection.
Led development of Solidity smart contracts on Ethereum.
Implemented the frontend with custom CSS (BEM), React Router and Redux Toolkit.
Configured AWS S3 and Lambda for video watermarking with ffmpeg.
Supervised three developers, ensuring efficient development and delivery.
Product details limited to what the team shipped publicly.
